HI I’m back!!!!!! well i never actually left but i gave up posting blogs long ago. well, in the past few years of continuing to make art, designing car liveries, and absorbing as much automotive knowledge as possible when working with different clients, i’ve found myself struggling when it comes to doing research on specific cars when there truly isn’t more information on the internet about them (or, forums have gone down, images have broken, etc.). my goal now is to document the cars i photograph, share scans from ‘rare’ or obscure books in my collection that may have helpful information, or to be the friend/resource i needed in the past few years of learning. all of this to say is that the purpose of this space now is to become an archive for myself or anyone else in the future who might need to reference photos, info, etc. on certain cars. or for my father to read so he knows that i do things sometimes.

is there something you’ve found here that interests you, that you’d like to use for your own artwork, research, writing, etc.? please, please, please… use it! all i ask is to be credited for whatever it is you’re taking from my archive. i’d prefer things not to be used for commercial purposes (unless you want to pay me for it!) however if you are using my photos as reference for artwork, (i.e., referencing/tracing cars to make stuff) be my guest!

if for some reason my existence comes to an end, consider this as my will: please keep my website alive! although it may seem like a bunch of random photos and gibberish to you, these references might be incredibly important to someone out there who needs it. a lot of time, love, and effort has gone into this (and it will take a while to get up to speed on everything i’ve collected) and i will haunt all of my friends in the afterlife if the person who needs this does not have access to it.
